Freelance Retention Agent (English)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Agent (English) whose main objective will be to provide guidance on the company’s products or services, identify customer needs, and achieve effective retention while ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and service.

Offer Details

• Salary: COP $2'185.000 + COP $500.000 bonus + retention commissions
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (one day off per week)

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• High school diploma
• Full-time availability
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment (sales or retention)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned products or services
• Provide clear and objective guidance to customers
• Contact customers to close sales and/or retention cases
• Promote assigned services effectively
• Report results to the immediate supervisor
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
